What is it?
Sports Therapy is a combination of deep tissue massage, assisted stretching and corrective exercise. Various hands on techniques are used to relax, lengthen and separate muscles that may have previously lost their individual function resulting in misalignment, pain and feelings of tension
Appropriate techniques will be applied to assist your recovery and reduce risk of reoccurrence.
Who can benefit?
You don’t have to be a sports person to feel the benefit. Sports therapy can be used to treat problems caused by impact injuries, muscle tightness or even ligament strains
